1, What is Colorectal Cancer Atlas?

Colorectal Cancer Atlas is a web-based freely accessible database that hosts human specific multi-dimensional data including quantitative and qualitative proteomic data. In addition, sequence variants data at genomic level identified from various colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines

2, What are the proteomic techniques from which proteomic data is available?

Currently, proteomic data is available from immunohistochemistry, mass-spectrometry, Western blotting, confocal microscopy, immunoelectron microscopy and FACS.

3, What does spectral abundance values in heatmap represent?

The spectral abundance values represent relative expression level of a particular protein calculated using Normalized Spectral Abundance Factor (NSAF) method.

4, Can I submit my unpublished colorectal cancer data?

Yes. We can process and upload all unpublished data into the database and make it publicly available. Alternatively, we can keep the data private until the article is published.

5, How can I submit my data?

Please use this link to contact us. We will help you further to process and upload your data.

6, Can I download the colorectal cancer atlas data?

Yes. Upon publication, the data is available in tab delimited text file format and can be downloaded using this link .

7, If I am using Colorectal Cancer Atlas data, how can I cite this?
